1. Services
Junk Brawlers LLC ("Junk Brawlers," "we," "us") provides junk removal and related services in North Georgia. All services are subject to a pre-job assessment and pricing agreement before work begins.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All prices are provided as free, no-obligation quotes. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. Prices are based on volume and type of material. There are no hidden fees, the price you're quoted is the price you pay, barring significant undisclosed additional items.
3. Prohibited Items
We do not haul hazardous materials, chemicals, asbestos, biohazardous waste, medical waste, propane tanks (full), or any material requiring a hazmat license to transport. Customers are responsible for disclosing the nature of materials to be removed prior to service.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. No work begins until a price is agreed upon by both parties.
5. SMS Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and checking an SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to the following terms for our text messaging program:
- Program name: Junk Brawlers SMS.
- Program description: This is a mixed messaging program with two independent consent checkboxes, both unchecked to start. Depending on which box(es) you check, you may receive non-marketing messages from Junk Brawlers LLC about your quote request, appointment scheduling, and post-service follow-up (such as quote confirmations, appointment reminders, job follow-ups, and requests for your feedback or a review), and/or marketing messages such as special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- How you opt in: Our quote form carries two optional consent checkboxes, both unchecked to start, one for each kind of message above. Leaving them unchecked still lets you request a quote. You may check either, both, or neither, and we only send the kinds of message you agreed to. We do not add anyone to this program who has not given consent this way, and we do not buy or import phone number lists.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you are messaging with. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or reach us directly at (404) 632-9165.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Liability
Junk Brawlers will take reasonable care when accessing and working on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage to property that was not disclosed at the time of service. Customers agree to ensure safe and legal access to the work site.
7. Cancellation
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No cancellation fees are charged.
