Most Haulers Quote the House and Then Notice the Barn.

  • Somebody prices your cleanout off a room count, arrives on eight acres, and finds a barn, a run-in shed and a fence pile nobody mentioned. Now it is a second visit at a second price.
That’s where the Junk Brawlers come in.
  • Tony walks the whole property before he quotes. Every structure on it, not just the ones with a front door.
  • House, barn, sheds and the treeline pile get one number between them. Not a separate quote per building.
  • The truck comes to each building in turn. Nothing gets dragged across your pasture to reach a container.

Here’s what it costs.

Stop Living Around It. →

A Couch Is Not a Truckload. Pay for What You’ve Got.

We price by how much space your load fills in the truck. A few pieces is a small load. A whole-room cleanout fills more. You get that number on the call, and it doesn’t move.

Quarter Truck

$150

A few items or a single piece

Half Truck

$300

Sofa, fridge, or a few mixed items

Most single-room jobs

Three-Quarter Truck

$450

Multiple items or a room cleanout

Garage & spare room jobs

Full Truck

$600

Full home cleanout or major haul

Where does a typical job land? A sofa or a couple of appliances is usually a half load. A garage cleanout or multi-room clear-out fills more. You get a firm number before we touch a thing, and it doesn’t change once we’re on site.

Out here that list usually covers more than one building.

In Milton You Don’t Clear a House. You Clear a Property.

Milton fought to stay low-density on purpose. Lots run to acreage, and acreage comes with buildings a suburb never has.

Pipe gates and fence panels pulled down and stacked beside a red outbuilding on a Milton area property

Barns, Run-Ins and Everything a Horse Property Accumulates

Gates Mill is horse country and the Birmingham roads north of town are full of working acreage. Those properties collect things a garage never would.

Tack nobody has oiled in fifteen years. Feed bins, muck buckets, a jump course rotting at the treeline. Sheets of fence panel and pipe gate stacked behind the barn from the last time somebody re-fenced a paddock. Hay that got rained on two seasons ago. Half of it is heavy, awkward, and covered in things you would rather not carry by hand.

We clear barns, run-in sheds, tack rooms and equipment bays the same way we clear a garage, and we take the fencing and the lumber with it. If a shed or a run-in is coming down entirely rather than just being emptied, that is a job we do too.

A dismantled outbuilding stacked in a pasture, loaded out during a full property clearing

When an Estate Sells, It’s Four Buildings and a Treeline

A Gates Mill or Birmingham place going on the market is not a house cleanout. It is the house, then the barn, then the equipment shed, then whatever has been parked behind the treeline since the second owner.

That changes the arithmetic. There is no curb to leave things at, no municipal bulk pickup coming down a private gravel drive, and a roll-off container has to be dropped somewhere it will chew up the turf and sit for a week. Nobody selling a Milton estate wants that in the listing photos.

So we bring the truck to each structure in turn and take it in loads. You walk the property once with Tony, point at what goes, and get a single number for the whole thing rather than a quote per building. Anything worth reselling or donating gets pulled before the rest of it leaves.

Milton is one of the closest cities to home base, roughly 40 minutes from Dawson County, which is why same-day works here more often than almost anywhere else we go. Tony grew up around this kind of land and reads a property fast: what is in the barn, what is behind it, and what the drive will take.

Call Junk Brawlers and Tony answers, the owner, not a call center. He quotes the job, leads the crew, and stands behind the number he gave you. No middlemen, no strangers at your door, no surprise line items at the end. He started the company in 2024 and grew it one honest job at a time, and customers put his name in more than half the reviews without being asked.

That’s most of what we do in Milton. A Gates Mill or Birmingham estate usually means the house plus a barn, a shed or two, and a pile behind the treeline. Yes. Milton’s horse properties come with barns, sheds, and outbuildings that collect years of equipment, tack, and furniture. We clear them out completely, same as any garage or house. (404) 632-9165
No, and on acreage that’s usually the point. A roll-off has to be dropped somewhere on your land, it marks up turf and gravel, and it sits there for days. We bring the truck in, load at each building, and leave the same day. The crew works all seven days, 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
