We use the information you provide to: respond to your quote requests, schedule and complete junk removal jobs, send appointment confirmations and updates, and improve our services.
3. SMS Text Message Communications
The place we ask for your phone number is our quote form, which carries two optional SMS consent checkboxes, both unchecked to start. Leaving them unchecked still lets you request a quote. The first covers messages about your quote request, appointment scheduling, and post-service follow-up (quote confirmations, appointment reminders, job follow-ups, and requests for your feedback or a review). The second covers promotional messages such as special offers, discounts, and service updates. Checking a box means you authorize Junk Brawlers LLC to send text messages, and to call, at the number you provide for that kind of message. You may check either, both, or neither, and we only send the kinds of message you agreed to. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., scheduling software), subject to confidentiality agreements.
