County Seats Generate a Different Kind of Work.

  • Lawrenceville is Gwinnett’s county seat, and it never sits still. The downtown square keeps reinventing itself, the college rentals turn over every year, and the 1980s and 90s subdivisions are all hitting the renovation years at once. Somebody has to haul it all.
That’s where the Junk Brawlers come in.
  • It’s Tony, the owner, on the job, straight with you and respectful of your home, the guy customers name in over half his reviews.
  • You point, the crew carries. A garage, a basement, or a whole rental unit cleared in one trip. You don’t lift a thing.
  • Houses, clinics, offices and rental units all get quoted the same way, by what the load fills.

Here’s what it costs.

Stop Living Around It. →

A Couch Is Not a Truckload. Pay for What You’ve Got.

We price by how much space your load fills in the truck. A few pieces is a small load. A whole-house cleanout fills more. You get that number on the call, and it doesn’t move.

Quarter Truck

$150

A few items or a single piece

Half Truck

$300

Sofa, fridge, or a few mixed items

Most single-room jobs

Three-Quarter Truck

$450

Multiple items or a room cleanout

Garage & spare room jobs

Full Truck

$600

Full home cleanout or major haul

Where does a typical job land? A sofa or a couple of appliances is usually a half load. An estate cleanout or a full rental unit fills more. You get a firm number before we touch a thing, and it doesn’t change once we’re on site.

His crew hauls everything on that list. First, what that means here.

The Biggest City in the County, and the Least Residential.

Lawrenceville is the Gwinnett county seat. That gives it institutions most suburbs simply do not have.

Cardboard and old furniture cleared from outside a building being fitted out on the Lawrenceville square

The Square Is Being Converted Building by Building

The historic square has spent years turning into a restaurant, brewery and arts district, and that happens one old building at a time.

Every one of those conversions produces the same sequence. Whatever the last tenant left comes out, then the strip-out does: old counters, shelving, panelling, flooring, and a surprising amount of ceiling. Then the fit-out generates its own packaging and offcuts. Older buildings on a square also mean no loading bay and often a single narrow rear access.

We work those before opening or after close, and a contractor or landlord gets a firm number they can hand to whoever is signing for it.

A Lawrenceville driveway left clear after a garage and rental turnover clear-out

Clinics, Campus Rentals, and Four ZIP Codes of Houses

Then the rest of it. The Gwinnett Medical Center corridor brings clinics and medical offices, which turn over waiting-room furniture, filing and equipment on their own schedule. Georgia Gwinnett College keeps a rental market moving nearby, so unit turnovers run through the year rather than in one week.

And underneath all of it, Lawrenceville is still the largest city in the county across four ZIP codes, most of it eighties and nineties subdivisions now well into their replacement years. Garages, basements, appliances, and full move-outs from Brushy Creek to Chadwick Lake.

One crew and one way of pricing across all of it. What changes is when we come, not what it costs.

★ 5.0 60+ Google Reviews

Tony Frias runs Gwinnett County regularly, and Lawrenceville sits right in the middle of it. He knows the downtown square, the Georgia Gwinnett College rentals, the Sugarloaf commercial strip, and the older subdivisions off Brushy Creek that are all cycling through the same appliance and furniture upgrades at once. Renovation and move-out cleanouts are steady work here.

Dial Junk Brawlers and Tony picks up, the owner himself. He gives you the price, works the job alongside his crew, and never moves the number once he is on site. No call centers, no dispatched strangers, no surprises on the invoice. He launched in 2024 and built it job by job, and it shows in the reviews, over half of them name him personally.
