Half the Calls Here Come From a Loading Dock, Not a Driveway.

  • Oakwood sits between Gainesville and Flowery Branch on the I-985 corridor, a mix of growing subdivisions and industrial and commercial space. The suburban side cycles through appliances and furniture, the business side turns over, and both leave a load that has to go.
That’s where the Junk Brawlers come in.
  • It’s Tony, the owner, on the job, straight with you and easy to schedule around, the guy customers name in over half his reviews.
  • You point, the crew carries. A garage, an office, or a whole cleanout handled in one trip. You don’t lift a thing.
  • Warehouse, office or house, we quote the same way and work around whichever hours suit you.

Here’s what it costs.

Stop Living Around It. →

A Couch Is Not a Truckload. Pay for What You’ve Got.

We price by how much space your load fills in the truck. A few pieces is a small load. A whole-house cleanout fills more. You get that number on the call, and it doesn’t move.

Quarter Truck

$150

A few items or a single piece

Half Truck

$300

Sofa, fridge, or a few mixed items

Most single-room jobs

Three-Quarter Truck

$450

Multiple items or a room cleanout

Garage & spare room jobs

Full Truck

$600

Full home cleanout or major haul

Where does a typical job land? A sofa or a couple of appliances is usually a half load. An estate cleanout or a full rental unit fills more. You get a firm number before we touch a thing, and it doesn’t change once we’re on site.

His crew hauls everything on that list. Here’s what that looks like in Oakwood.

A Small City With an Industrial Half.

Oakwood is small, sits on I-985, and mixes industry with housing in a way most towns this size do not.

Cardboard and stacked furniture cleared from outside a commercial unit on the I-985 corridor

The I-985 Corridor

The interstate side of Oakwood is warehousing, light industrial and office space, which generates work that residential streets never do.

Pallets and packaging that built up faster than the bins could take it. Office furniture after a floor gets reconfigured. Racking and shelving when a unit is handed back. Old equipment that has been shoved to the back wall for two years because nobody knew who was supposed to deal with it.

We work that around your hours rather than ours, including before opening or after close, and a facilities manager gets a firm number up front, which is usually what the invoice has to be signed against.

Furniture and a mattress staged in a driveway during an Oakwood home cleanout

Spout Springs, McEver Road, and Everything Residential

The other half of Oakwood is ordinary and busy. The Spout Springs area and the McEver Road corridor have been adding houses steadily, and it sits between Gainesville and Flowery Branch rather than far from either.

That last part matters practically. We are through this stretch of Hall County most weeks on the way to one or the other, so an Oakwood job is rarely a special trip. Garage cleanouts, appliance swaps, move-outs and full house clearances all get slotted into a route we are already running.

Same firm price whether it is a garage on Spout Springs or a unit off the interstate.

★ 5.0 60+ Google Reviews

Tony Frias runs Hall County regularly, and Oakwood sits right on his route between Gainesville and Flowery Branch. He knows the McEver Road corridor, the Spout Springs subdivisions, and the I-985 business strip. Appliance hauls, garage cleanouts, and commercial turnover are all steady work here.

When you call Junk Brawlers, you’re talking to Tony. The owner. He takes your call, gives you the price, and runs the crew that shows up. No call centers. No dispatched strangers. No surprises on the bill. He launched the business in 2024, built it job by job, and got named by name in over half his reviews. Not because he asked. Because people remembered him.
