James Johnson · Google ReviewHalf of Cherokee Lives Under an HOA. That Changes How You Clear a House.
- For two decades Cherokee County has been one of the fastest-growing counties in Georgia. Canton anchors it with a historic, revitalized downtown; Woodstock became the star suburb with a walkable arts-and-restaurant scene people drive in for. In between sit the big master-planned communities, Bridgemill, Towne Lake, Eagle Watch, Bradshaw Farm, Great Sky, built in the ’90s and 2000s and now cycling hard through appliance swaps, furniture upgrades, and full move-out cleanouts. Out past Ball Ground it turns rural again. Different worlds, same problem: stuff piles up, and somebody has to haul it.
- Tony’s based just up the road in Dawsonville and runs Cherokee jobs constantly, call before noon and same-day is usually on the table.
- No container parked in your driveway for a week. We load and go the same day, which is what most covenants want anyway.
- The owner is on every job. Firm price up front, and that’s the price you pay. No climb in the driveway.

Same crew, all of it. Here’s what Cherokee County is actually made of.
Bridgemill, Towne Lake, Eagle Watch. Then Two Downtowns.
Cherokee grew through the 1990s and 2000s in big planned communities, then spent the last decade rebuilding its two town centres.
The Amenity Communities and Their Rules
Bridgemill, Towne Lake, Eagle Watch, Great Sky and Bradshaw Farm are not just subdivisions. They are communities with clubhouses, pools, tennis courts and an association with opinions about what sits in your driveway.
Which is the practical argument for a crew over a roll-off here. A container has to be permitted by the HOA, parked somewhere it will mark the drive, and left there for days where the whole street can see it. We come once, load out of the garage or the basement, sweep, and leave the same afternoon.
We also clear the amenity buildings themselves. Clubhouse furniture being replaced, pool furniture at end of season, and the cardboard and packaging that stacks up behind a community centre after a refit. If you are on a board and need a quote to take to a meeting, ask and you will get one in writing.
“Tony did a very good job!”
Canton, Woodstock, and Everything Past Ball Ground
Canton is the historic county seat with a square and an older housing stock around it. Woodstock spent the last fifteen years turning into one of the most walkable downtowns in the state. They are ten miles apart and the work in them is nothing alike.
Around the Canton square it is older homes, long-held, with basements and detached garages. In downtown Woodstock it is tighter: restaurants and shops turning over fixtures, and townhomes and lofts where the only way out is a shared stair.
Then Cherokee keeps going north. Out past Ball Ground the lots turn into acreage with barns, fencing and equipment on them, which is a dump truck job rather than a driveway one. Same firm price across all three.
“Great company to use! Showed up on time and worked hard to complete job quickly. Donnie and James were very nice and respectful! Thank you!”
Here’s the owner who covers all of it.
Not a Franchise. Not a Call Center. Just Tony.
Tony Frias isn’t a franchise operator dispatched from a call center. He’s based just up the road in Dawsonville and runs Cherokee County week in, week out, the Towne Lake and Bridgemill subdivisions, the Canton square, Holly Springs, the rural stretches past Ball Ground. He knows which streets the trucks can’t turn around on and which HOAs want the driveway spotless when he leaves.
When you call Junk Brawlers, you’re talking to Tony. The owner. He takes your call, gives you the price, and runs the crew that shows up. No call centers. No dispatched strangers. No surprises on the bill. He launched the business in 2024, built it job by job, and got named by name in over half his reviews. Not because he asked. Because people remembered him.
One customer put it this way:
“Tony and his crew do a really great job. I highly recommend them.”
The Reviews Tell the Whole Story.
