A Dumpster Means a Permit, a Week in the Driveway, and You Loading It Yourself.

  • The remodel left more than a bin can hold, and renting a dumpster means a permit, days in the driveway, and loading the whole thing yourself.
Junk Brawlers loads it and hauls it in one visit. No rental, no permit, no pile.
  • No dumpster, no permit. We load the debris and haul it the same visit.
  • He works carefully around the active job, protecting the finished parts of the house.
  • Same-day when he can, on your timeline, with a receipt for your records.

Here’s how the job goes.

Walk the Site. Load It Out. Site Clear.

1

Walk the Site

Tony does a quick walkthrough of what’s there before anything moves. He confirms which materials are going in the truck, flags anything that needs a conversation (like heavy concrete or mixed hazardous materials), and gives you the price on the spot. No surprises when the job is done. Call (404) 632-9165 before he arrives to describe what you have.

2

Load It Out

Drywall sheets, framing lumber, old tile, roofing shingles, carpet rolls, hardwood flooring, laminate, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, bagged debris, it all goes in the truck in one trip. Tony does the loading. You don’t need to pre-sort, bag, or stage anything, though he’ll work faster if the materials are consolidated.

3

Site Clear

No pile left in the driveway. No dumpster sitting there for another week waiting on pickup. We haul it all in the same visit, you’re not coordinating a second trip or a rental company’s schedule. The job site is clean when we leave.

Small Cleanout or Full Gut Reno, You Pay for What Goes.

Pricing is by how much the debris fills in the truck. A small bathroom demo fills less than a full kitchen tear-out. You get the number upfront after a quick look at what you have.

Common questions about construction debris removal.

Answered before you have to ask.

It depends on the quantity and what else is going in the truck. Small amounts of mixed concrete or brick alongside lighter debris may be possible. Call Tony at (404) 632-9165 and describe what you have, he’ll tell you straight whether he can take it and what it’ll cost.
Yes. Tony schedules around working job sites, he can come in after hours, between trades, or on a specific day you need the site cleared. Call (404) 632-9165 to coordinate timing. He picks up the phone himself, so you can reach him directly.
Yes. Asphalt shingles, hardwood flooring, laminate, carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile, and subfloor material are all items Tony regularly hauls. They’re standard renovation debris, no special handling required.
Yes. Tony provides receipts for all jobs. If you’re a contractor tracking disposal costs for a job or for tax purposes, just let him know when you call and he’ll make sure you have what you need.
Tony’s pricing is by how much the debris fills in the truck, not by the hour. You’re welcome to pre-stage materials in a pile or bag debris before he arrives if it makes the job faster, but you don’t have to. The price is based on volume, not your prep work.
