Your Neighbours Are Replacing the Same Fridge You Are.

  • Forsyth is one of the fastest-growing, most affluent counties in the country. Its big 1990s and 2000s subdivisions are all cycling through the same upgrade at once: new appliances, cleared-out garages, and estates turning over along the Lake Lanier shore.
Here’s what covering the whole county actually means:
  • Forsyth is right next door to home base. Cumming is a short run down 400, so same-day is usually on the table.
  • Doing two or three houses on the same street in one visit is normal here. Tell your neighbour we are coming.
  • The owner is on every job. Firm price up front, and that’s the price you pay. No climb in the driveway.

Here’s the whole county he covers.

Same crew, all of it. Here’s what keeps us in Forsyth County.

Built Together. Wearing Out Together.

Forsyth has been one of the fastest-growing counties in the country for over a decade. That growth has a long tail.

Boxes, bagged debris and an old window frame staged outside a Forsyth County garage

Vickery, Traditions, Three Chimneys Farm

The big Forsyth subdivisions went up fast, in phases, fifteen to twenty years ago. Every house on a street got the same appliances, the same carpet and the same water heater within a season or two of each other.

So they fail together. The first big replacement wave is what Forsyth is in right now: original fridges and washers going out, builder-grade carpet coming up, the garage finally being dealt with because the second child needs the space. It is not estate work and it is not renovation debris. It is a lot of ordinary houses reaching the same year at the same time.

Which is why we often do more than one house per street per trip. If a neighbour is doing the same job, book together and it costs both of you less than two separate call-outs.

“Very good at picking up my junk and trash!!!!”

Old furniture and debris carried up from a lakeside slope and stacked for the truck

The North Shore of Lanier

Lake Lanier’s northern shore runs through the county, and the waterfront side of Forsyth works nothing like the subdivisions.

Lake houses sit below the road more often than not, so a hot tub on a lower deck, a dock box full of rotted cushions, a pontoon cover and four seasons of pool noodles all have to come up a slope before they see the truck. Boat gear is heavier and more awkward than people expect, and it is rarely stored anywhere convenient.

Tell us how far down the drive gets when you call. The carry gets priced with everything else, once, and it does not change when the crew sees the grade.

Here’s the owner who runs it.

The Owner Runs Every Job. His Name Is Tony.

Tony Frias, owner of Junk Brawlers, serving Forsyth County GA
★ 5.0 60+ Google Reviews

Tony Frias isn’t a franchise operator dispatched from a call center. Forsyth is right next door to his home base in Dawsonville, a short run down 400, and he works the Cumming subdivisions and the Lake Lanier north shore all the time. He knows the HOA rules about leaving the driveway clean, and how fast these twenty-year-old neighborhoods fill a garage.

Dial Junk Brawlers and Tony picks up, the owner himself. He gives you the price, works the job alongside his crew, and never moves the number once he is on site. No call centers, no dispatched strangers, no surprises on the invoice. He launched in 2024 and built it job by job, and it shows in the reviews, over half of them name him personally.
