Alpharetta Is Two Towns. We Work Both.
Most haulers treat this as one more North Fulton suburb. It isn’t. There’s the residential side, and there’s the corridor.
The Corridor: Offices, Suites, Storefronts
Alpharetta calls itself the Technology City of the South, and the corporate campuses along 400 back it up. That means something most suburbs don’t generate: constant office turnover.
Teams downsize, leases end, a floor gets reconfigured, and suddenly there are forty chairs, a wall of cubicle panels, and a storage room nobody has opened since the last move. We clear desks, conference tables, filing cabinets, server racks, and e-waste. Same for the retail and restaurant suites around Avalon and the Alpha Loop, where a fixture swap has to happen between closing and opening.
Loading zones down there are tight during business hours, so we schedule around your dock access or work after close. Property managers get a firm number before anything moves, which is usually what the invoice has to match.

The Neighborhoods: Windward and Everything North
Windward runs past 3,000 homes around the lakes and the golf course. It is bigger than some whole towns we serve, and the houses match: finished basements, three-car garages, attics that have absorbed twenty years of a family.
